New Transport is the best transport service in the area. Vehicles are clean, drivers are on-time and professional. Price is competitive. They took both me and my husband to many doctors appointments over the last 2 years. Their vehicles do well with wheelchairs and their drivers know how to handle patients and wheelchairs. This company is UNBELIEVABLE. The level of customer care was far beyond being on time with a clean comfortable van, they made our daughter feel like a special person , delivering her to the family party like a princess. We love this company and will be our only choice in the future.

I had a cancellation with a different company, so I went looking for a transportation company that could do same day request for one of my residents who had an appointment with their BH clinician. I was first told that I had to do the request 24 hours in advance. However, this company called me back and said that they would be able to accommodate my very late request for a same day ride. I am beyond grateful that they were SO flexible with us. The driver showed up on time early even even though our pick up time was less than an hour from when I requested & booked the ride. I will forever recommend this company for transportation to anyone & everyone I know. Thank you again.

Always on time with door to door service. This is important to me because I'm new to using a wheelchair and need all the help I can get. I've used this service a number of times already and plan to keep using it.

I am a cancer patient so frequently need a ride to & from hospital, appts, etc. Now I've fallen and broken my leg so the wheelchair is cumbersome for friends and family to shuttle me around. So happy I discovered this service. Drivers are polite, on-time, and make sure I can get through all the barriers accessing and exiting buildings. So nice when I have to leave so early and return after a long, often hectic day, to just relax in my wheelchair and let the driver take care of the rest.
